There are lots of myths about tea drinking all over world, here are some of them.
-Drinking Tea Darkens your skin: All kind of tea contains high antioxidants and they only help skin. White tea also supports in reducing wrinkles.
-Green Tea is more healthier than white tea: White tea is more healthier since it contains more antioxidants and it has less caffeine too.
-Drinking too much tea can cause dehydration: No, tea contains 99% of water and it provides liquid to body.
-Not good for teats: Tea is natural resource of florid, so is reduces forming of acid in mouth.
